Real Sick Elections

Real Madrid ElectionsWhen there is elections, there is chaos; it is a fact not to be contested. Fact turns disaster into a reality, so there goes Real Madrid’s vision and efforts of strengthening their club in time for next season.

Ramon Calderon led the closest rival, Juan Palacios, with 246 more votes on Sunday but his declaration have to wait after some stupid postal votes were not duly accounted for since a judge provisionally suspended them on Friday because it could not guarantee its legitimacy. Fair enough. Candidates may agree or disagree with it, but the point is that these elections went through already where everyone waited to claim victory without minding the repercussions of the suspended ballots.

Now rival candidate Juan Miguel Villar Mir said he would challenge the result because postal votes had not been taken into account.

What kind of brain dead piece of moron is that?

He already knew these ballots would not be counted and if he so prophesized before hand that majority of them would go into his favor then he should widrew or took all the necessary steps to have it accounted otherwise have the elections postphoned and save the time of a lot of people who care more of Real Madrid the “club” and not Real Madrid “his club”.

Man, 7,000 postal votes were not allowed and it would not take half-brain person to know how important these were.

This is going to drag and instead of focusing the attention on getting the players to build your club, you are focusing on getting your ass in position.

If Villar Wins…

He has promised Real two people—Arsene Wenger and Christian Ronaldo. I would want Arsene Wenger for Real Madrid who has got an open attack and fast paced style. While Christian Ronaldo would fit the bill, I would prefer other players other than him—choices of Calderon.

If Calderon Wins…

He has promised Real four people—will bring Juventus boss Fabio Capello back as coach and sign Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Chelsea winger Arjen Robben and AC Milan’s Brazil midfielder Kaka to strengthen the squad (taken from ESPN).

Not a bad choice though I prefer Arsene Wenger plus the Calderon’s player choices for Real who bring a fast attacking squad on Real.

Anyways, the elections in Real is sick and they should sort these things out the soonest time possible to prevent any gigantic collapse of Real in the foreseeable future, or a small collapse as they have disintegrated a lot already.

How bad could it be?

1. First president Florentino Perez called it quits after his super star studded team jelled into a mediocre performer.

2. Fernando Martin was booted out on a boardroom rebellion.

3. Caretaker president Luis Gomez-Montejano has failed to beef up the team

4. And now—power grabbing election chaos…

What a treat for Real fans.
