Ronaldo’s Disruptive Antics

Christian RonaldoThis guy has generated so much disruption for the last two weeks second only to Zidane’s patriotism.

His horizontal dribbling exhibition during the world cup, drama between him and fellow teammate Wayne Rooney, plus losing out on Lukas who a lot of people saw as a joke was enough to put him in the spotlight of football’s craziness; he thought otherwise.

A model wannabe, Ronaldo declared he does not want to play at Manchester United and instead wants a transfer to Spain either to Real Madrid or Barcelona. He argues that Manchester United did not defend him during the World Cup? Defend him against whom? Wayne Rooney? That is a joke, he gave that wink after people saw him charging at the referee which seemed like he demanded for Wayne’s red card that helped them beat England. This guy must be dreaming, what reaction would you expect from a team that showed neutrality despite their supposed loyalty to England?

England does not deserve a player like him whom they molded and built into who he is right now. Old Trafford is not going to welcome him game after game so Manchester United should release him, it would be better for the team and the fans.

Ronaldo has not shown the slightest amount of loyalty and gratitude to Alex Ferguson who defended him, helped him through his father’s death and stood by his side on rape allegations against him for his public display of arrogance

Alex is going through some challenges this summer with Ruud van Nistelrooy’s future still cloudy and Ronaldo’s transfer almost sealed; though some light at the end of the tunnel awaits Manchester hoping that West Brom goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak and Michael Carrick from Tottenham joins them.

Manchester United’s manager has to move fast if they are going to stand a chance against Chelsea who boosted their lineup with Michael Ballack and Andriy Shevchenko signing for them.

as far as i know ronaldo was playing for portugal in the WC and not for ManU. if you want to question his loyalty, how about his loyalty to his country, to play his heart out the opposite of all but one english player Owen Heargrewes.the red card for rooney was just, it is not the first time he has done something like that. 6 months ago he screamed at his coach Sven Goran Ericcson for taking him out of a FRIENDLY game.

[...] A few days ago Christian was bent on leaving Manchester, but it seem he have softened his stance a bit—saying, There is still nothing concrete, If it is a question of staying then it will be fine, if I leave it will also be fine. It is still a question that has to be decided and is an issue that has to be discussed in the next few days. [...]

halil—You’re right he is playing for Portugal not ManU, so I can’t understand why he has to make comments expecting ManU to defend or support him.
